Erewash is a local government district and borough in eastern Derbyshire. It contains the towns of Ilkeston, Long Eaton and Sandiacre and fourteen civil parishes. The Erewash Borough Council is currently controlled by Conservatives, with their majority increased in the May 2015 elections from 1 to 13.
